Intel in Serbia

Intel company, computer procesor and memory chip for cell phones producer, as well as other computer, network and communication equipment, open sales department in Serbia. New Intel office in Belgrade will be head office for stimulateing activity in countries of region, like Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania.Intel have sales departments and factories in 58 countries and 213 cities with almost 91000 active worker.

Cell phone virus

Cell phones are today multifunctional, have operating system, internet connection, change messages. This is risk that phone being infected with virus. Same, like as computer virus take complete or partial control on your telephone. Because of that, most powerfull company for producing antivirus software (like Kaspersky, Norton, F-secure and other) take care and produce software with update to secure mobile phones.

Easier connecting to internet by mobile phone

Google has announced that is developing an open source platphorm for mobile device together with 33 companies. The first telephones that will start using this plathform in 2008.This project (Android) does not include develope of new cell phone as it was speculated in public. This project will provide easier internet surfing by cell phone. Android have operative system, user interface and various aplications. Nokia phones have already one open platphorm like that, with Symbian operative system.

Cell phones in airplanes

There are serious tendencies in the EU to allow the use of cell phones in airplanes that fly in airspace of EU members. If this happen, air companies will decide wheather to allow the use of cell phones in their planes or not.A special devices would be installed in aircrafts, to realise the mobile connection.Although researches show that signals from cell phones can harm the navigation devices in airplanes, it seems that is possible to protect devices from that influence.These signals that come from earth stations to cell phones in airplanes would be blocked and for additional precaution, the experts reccomend the use of cell phones on altitude higher than 3000 meters.

IPhone - the invention of the year

According to the Time magazine, the invention of the year is the iphone- a product of the Apple company. The opinions in public are contradictionary. While some claim that we`re facing the revolutionary product, others think that the iPhone is lagging behind the leading cellular phone producers or that is too expensive. What is obvious, Iphone is full of inovations, and it`s commercial product. The inovations are 16 Gb of flash memory, extraordinary picture on display, sensors that switch off the display when you take it near to ear, it is almost impossible to scratch the screen the original moulti-touch never seen before, as well as the revolutionary text input, and many many more. Retail trade has started in Europe, so the reactions of the consumers are left to be seen.
